Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am not a provider with your insurance company, you may still be eligible for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits through your health insurance plan.
You will be responsible for payment at the time of service via credit card. After payment, you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. If accepted, your insurance provider will reimburse you directly. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.
Private Pay:

Follow-up Sessions: (30-60 minutes) $80-$120
